What happens should my equipment
break?
PowerPay features an assurance program which is
a cost-effective means to ensure that your credit
card system will always be up and running if your
equipment should break, the Assurance Program provides
free replacement of that piece (less shipping),
even if it’s off-warranty, and even if the
equipment was not purchased through PowerPay. The
terminals listed below are not covered under the
assurance program:
